- Journaling: Feb 1, 2026 | We are quite accustomed to Winters like this, having lived in Northern Kentucky for 17 years. But Southern Virginia? I fear we brought the weather with us. The water troughs are a foot deep and frozen solid. B and E had to get the chainsaw and cut out a spot to pour water.
