I gotta say, besides missing my kids and grandkids (all the time), the next thing I miss during this COVID ‘19 self isolation period is going to Bunnings to get more plants!! I am re-designing the garden and dreaming of all the plants I need to get! I have become a . . . CRAZY PLANT LADY . . . but I can live with that! Just hope my bank account will hold up!!

This abelia is just so pretty......I need to have a small gardening shed to myself, so I can start propagating some of these. So I hope that Bunnings will open up again real soon! I NEED stuff!!

I have grown this bush before many years ago, and seeing it in full bloom this Autumn reminded me of how pretty the colours were. The soft apricot pink flowers and pretty sepia coloured bracts are simply divine. The colours are so pretty against the glossy green leaves, just STUNNING!!
