I truly enjoyed this challenge and must remember to use this technique more often! My OLW for 2019: Moderation. As in balance and if I’m understanding the word correctly, lagom. I can’t have balance, however, unless I have moderation first. Its moderation I must do. A very active word...strangely...because it involves restraint.
