Love your hybrid design, great choice in ribbon (that's why we stash everything in the physical product world for the perfect ribbon for a page like this!) and LOL ok i saw veggie scrap mess (our bucket is similar) but now you explain the creative and photography rules side of things, i can see why you took the photo and it sounds as if you are an optimistic person, even when the glass(or bucket in this case!) is empty!

I love hearing your thought process through your journaling! Im the same way.
Makes me want to get my goodies out to create too, been awhile.

I love that you saw the beauty in it, that you noticed the 'little things', it's something I treasure about myself, the ability to see tiny details that most miss, or to find beauty in chaos or something that wasn't (like this mess) supposed to be art. This page is lovely, I especially like the way you put the paint splats behind the veggie splat. ^.^ Very cute way to add flair!
