This is it. My first real home. On Wednesday february 14 I viewed the house for the first time, on Saturday we did a second viewing and I put down an offer immediately afterwards. After some negotiating we agreed on €146.250. On Thursday februari 22 me and the current owners signed the first draft of the contract. Now it's time to get a mortgage and start planning. And then, on May 8 2018 I'll get the keys and this house is gonna be really mine.
I have a headache all the time because I'm spending so much time thinking, planning, etc. I just don't know where to start but it's very exciting nonetheless. I just need to go with the flow and when the money is fixed I plan to come and measure everything up. Then I can at least plan on a new bathroom. This is such an adventure and I'm very excited!
