This is an easy one for me, to find gratitude for my mind. Even with the cognitive disruptions resulting from my illness, it remains my greatest strength, and the source of my greatest pleasures.
For 30 Days of Gratitude, an art journaling challenge at The Lilypad. Elements from Lynne-Marie, Nanci Rowe Janitz, Angie Young, Natalie, Sara Gleason, Unica, Studio Q, Tangie Baxter, and TlcCreations. The brain map on the right is a page I made years ago; you can find the credits for that here.
I just wanted to let you know that I have been enjoying all of your gratitude pages. I'm keeping Kimberlee's daily notes, but I just don't have the time to devote to it right now.
This is super fantastic! I love the quote about being a mad scientist. I can totally relate to how you feel about your mind. The brain on one half and flowery goodness on the other half is so yummy!
