Description
I'm struggling with a few emotions this week so I felt the need to cover half the face with some chicken wire!
Added another background paper and a blend mode.
'Sprinkles' - Valerie Wibbons
'Heirloom Rose' - Laurie Ann
That's the best with art journaling, you can hide your face if you want to. Your face is fantastic and I love all the elements you have used, it is so cool.

Hope things are better for you soon. Your face is adorable! I bet it is in real life too!

I really enjoyed watching your face appear under the hat!! The clouds for hair is so creative

This has been so fun - seeing everyone's face build up. I hope things gets better with you soon. At least your layout turned out to be great! (And I love the addition of chicken wire, it changes the mood of this layout!)

I think the chicken wire is actually a very cool look. I, too, have enjoyed watching the face emerge from that fantastic hat!

Anne- I ditto the girls above re the chicken wire.. almost like a veil that we can see through to see you. :) Love your blended background paper addition, and the clouds for hair... sorry you were having a bad week, and hope things get better for you soon.. You did a great job.. I love this as the completion and your whimsy as always shines through. The elements you chose, the classy women shape everything, and still that phrase "Get a head - Get a hat" tickles me and I giggle.. great job!!

The finished LO looks great, the chicken wire and the blended back ground makes a very bold statement. Love it :)

That is one cool idea to use clouds, rr & rubber duckies on ur hair !!! And that half-faced veil ... whoa !!! ... mysterious eh ... :thumbsups

I absolutely love that the beginning of the challenge is on your laptop/head. It makes you remember where you started, and wow what a finish! The Chicken wire is so subtle, yet really balances the emotions on the page too.

Just love how you did your eyes, the tiny detail of the crying/smiling faces and the upside down frame. It's the little details on this piece that make me keep looking and trying to find more.
