Beautifully done. I had a similar experience with my father's tax return one year. We mailed and faxed the same information three times before we got the refund. Yours was quicker than ours!

Oh geez! I'm sorry yours took longer. I thought ours was bad! Lol. I couldn't believe when the lady said we could fax her our document. I was like... how does one even find a fax machine these days! :giggle We had to go to the UPS store and pay $1 to fax the form. But I'm guessing because we did that, it went straight to the source and didn't get lost like yours sounds like it did. What an inefficient mess!!

I can’t believe anyone uses faxes today, is it really possible? I don’t even know anyone with a stationary phone these days. Love your page, the arrows and the storytelling on the tags. Beautiful! This is a page I want to scraplift!
