Your aunt was the keeper. I try and be this kind of "aunt" to my friends' children. I do it by post, too, for the ones who live abroad, I think it's important for anybody to read, and you've got to start early. P.S. will have to look up Erick Kastner, as I have never myself read his books.
That is so awesome that your Aunt always brought you books and look at the life long impact she made because of that! I loved reading your journaling and REALLY love that super tall stack of books next to the girl on your page! Fabulous storytelling!
