This is stunning. The b&w photo cropped right at the eyes is very powerful, especially with the skull right beside it. I like how the background is split but similar; I want to try that sometime.
Love your use of the spiders and the very thin and tangled bits spreading out from the central focus...speaks to that crazy web of thoughts that can go on and on, never letting up, scurrying about.
