My youngest son applied to colleges and was accepted last year, then decided to stay home for one year and take classes at our local community college, so this fall we had to figure out all over again when we was supposed to apply as a transfer student. Thankfully my son was on top of things because we had no idea what we were doing.
what a good boy/?man - i really thought our youngests were closer in age but then our school years start in Jan/Feb so it's always a bit off (my DS starts yr 11 next year) but i remember Wyatt applying the first time and now he's applying for second year - glad he was on the ball and i love all the solid strips with the coloured vellumy alpha!
Love the horizontal composition. Fingers crossed for him! This brings back memories of when I was applying to university - from memory I saw a careers advisor from a local technical institute where I had been studying, toured a different university altogether, applied, did an entry letter or essay as I was applying as a "mature" student (anything 20 years or older, I was 25), had an interview, was accepted in the space of 5 weeks - might have even been 5 weeks til I started, either way it was absolutely crazy times.
@bellbird, you aren't the only one who gets thrown off by September school year starts, I do as well (along with everything else being six months out!)
