There's been a whole lot of hot peppers growing in my backyard since we moved in but I focused on the first (and hottest!) and the currently low-effort harvest.
@trekmom I'm doing a whole lot less right now. It's so hot that everything except my Thai peppers has died (including 3 varieties of hot peppers). Thank goodness they're the little pepper plants that can and seem to always have peppers every time I look out the window.
LOVE the peppers we had tons in my house in BRazil, so much that I started to make jars with them in oil `and sold to the hotels ... love the way you put together your page, great way to make the red work with the oranges!!!!! Into the SEPTEMBER Froggy Faves!!!!
Those lucky hotels. I bet your peppers were delicious.
We've made hot sauce and pickled peppers a few times. I'm currently drying the Thai peppers to use to make spicy pickles for my brother and we sometimes throw a fresh one in when we're cooking (although my husband is still a little wary because they're HOT).
