Description
For August's Formula Challenge - 1 paper, 1 element, 1 alpha, 1 font, 1 picture, 1 colour.
I didn't have a specific idea in mind when I started, and because the page was going to be pretty minimal as far as elements etc., I decided to focus on the journaling, which is something I tend to keep really basic and not at all personal. I think I understand now what 'scrap therapy' means. TFL!

This to me is what scrapbooking is all about. Getting your feelings down on paper and making a page that really 'speaks'. Fabulous journaling and all around wonderful page.

*hugs* I think your choice of photo and minimal elements was perfect to convey your emotions. Scrap therapy is amazing therapy. Having been through tough times myself, I know this for a fact and it always helps me when I share my stories with others.

I know what you mean about leaving the personal journaling out as I tend to do the same thing but the pages where I have poured out my heart end up with so much meaning for me not to mention the healing power of journaling. I love how the word believe & the date are a little faded behind the journaling. You did a fabulous job with this heartfelt page.
