page looks great, i really love the notebook underpinning all your photos and the use of the circle tracks - can i ask, is the game anything to do with the agatha christie / poirot 'murder on the orient express' book? we've done 'escape room' board games before but i haven't seen this sort before - sounds like you enjoyed it as a family?
@bellbird no it's not based on her book. It's full of problem solving games and clues hidden in messages and photos etc. It's a destructive game, as in you are expected to cut and fold things and draw on them etc to crack the codes. My agile minded geeks could do the cut up and reassemble puzzles without cutting them up - I was so impressed. I knew they were good at mental arithmetic, but this is something else. So we used tracing paper for the draw overs, and my son traced the page that needed folding to solve, and our game is still intact.
all the escape room ones we've done have been one-use only with the cut apart and fold and draw on it type pieces - your 'geeks' not having to do that is MENSA level of skill!
I love how you combined these kits to create the perfect page! This seems exactly like the kind of game I'd love playing! Great job documenting this memory!
@Angela Toucan dear, I really love how you paired the photos and the kits, and how well you mixed these kits to create a perfect scene, you are so creative! I love the dynamic vibe of this page, super work! Wishing you a wonderful Sunday evening dear sweet friend!
