Oh yummy! Your dinner sounds scrumptious! I totally hear ya on the changes when the kids start to leave or not be home often. Even this last summer when my kids were both home, they almost always were working (at least one of them) during dinnertime. Now one is off to college, so it's weird cooking for three and then only two sometimes! Lovely capture of your life right now!
