Your use of the ready made Mixed Media Background here is so smart, using the collage at the top to create interest and balance at the top of the page and the clever way you have modified the central area of the background further by blending two backgrounds together so you had more of a blank canvas for your main focal point of the layout.
By embellishing the top corner and bottom right corner of the photo none of your page is top heavy even though it's quite embellished and dimensional. Finishing with that perfect scattering of black stamps to lead the eye around that gorgeous photo. . . perfection!
