the old page was already great, this one is marvellous!!! I couldn't resist a GREAT loud laugh reading your journaling!!!! I have done that to people who are heavy meat eaters, cooking with Quorn... our lasagna and our cottage pie have not just been ok with said people, but they started buying Quorn after...I never said it was meat, but, like you, I used something like.... "not sure you are gonna like this one" LOL Could you link us up to the recipe? or just message it for me? would LOVE to try it, though avocado is expensive here (I guess everywhere apart from Brazil or South & Central America) in Brazil we make sweet avocado recipes so would love to try the cookies.... in here we generally eat it in savoury, Mexican or our own mixes . Love the page!!!!!!

@MrsPeel, Thank you for your kind comment. This is the recipe I use (although there are a few available on the internet), Chocolate Avocado Cookies - I Heart Vegetables. I have never cooked with Quorn, I will have to try!
