Scraplift

For the August Scraplift Challenge. Since 2006, when Ali Edwards came out with her book entitled "A Designer's Eye", I have wanted to scrap the cover of that book. It is totally gorgeous and I love those lifted circles and the word art on the side. So 14 years later - Done!
