@KarenB thanks Karen.. there is a rock there at the Blarney Castle that has the hole cut in it.. I had seen people take photos of it before we went and was trying to find where it was on the property.. when we got there we spotted it right away and I was thrilled so I could take some photos...
@zinzilah Thanks Olga.. I didn't climb to kiss it though as it was pouring and I am getting too old and I can be clutzy sometimes The hole in the stone is an awesome photo spot You will get there.. put it on your list when the travel is cleared for us to resume without COVID
I don't think those of us with some Irish DNA need to kiss the stone... but the sketch work is a wonderful way to show the downpour. Classic Irish weather...soft air as they say ...in various intensities!
Now how did I suspect immediately that this was a Christa layout? Perhaps the "Ireland" which we both love. Great large photo and photo treatment and the framing through the circle of the second shot adds a new perspective.
@flowersgal thank you Patsy!! That circle frame is a stone at the Blarney Castle.. they may have only put it there within the last few years.. it is really cool.. hubby took one of me taking one of him through the hole on both sides of the Stone.. it is pretty cool !
more gorgeous Ireland photos. I like the way you used the sketch effect on the background photo. The photo framing the castle in the circular hole is perfect.
