Description
I've been in such a mood to make fantasy art. When I saw the Mixed Media Monthly April 2020 theme along with Lynn Grieveson's add on (Winds of Change)...Mary Poppins popped into mind! So much fun making this! And, I do believe we are in the midst of change. But like Mary Poppins blowing in, the winds of change can be for the better.

Oh, what fun. In the midst of all the doom and gloom enter Mary Poppins dressed in red with her umbrella. One can't help but smile at this.

Well Yes! to Mary Poppins but I also like the muted buildings in the background. A foggy/smoggy London sky! Good work on the fantasy style!
