Journaling says: You don't appreciate the position you hold in our family. The place that one child in every family has to hold...the position of, "the baby." But whether you like it or not, you are our baby. To compensate you are constantly trying to prove how grown up you are. On this day you yell out to me, "Look how big I am, Mommy!" as you jump in the air. But nothing will change the fact that you are, and always will be, the baby in our family. In the true sense you are no longer a baby, even though your daddy and I will probably continue to call you that until you are grown and have kids of your own! Pretty soon you won't even be so little anymore. You will probably pass me up in height before I can blink an eye. But no matter what your size, Faith Ann. Big or Small. You will always claim a very large peice of our hearts!
