Long story, we met in 2001 in a school trip when Sarita was 5. She still kept a friendship with another mum from the school so I did hear about her, but it wasn't until 3 years ago, when I fired my carer, I saw her Facebook page for her catering, and was going to ask if she could make frozen meals and how much...she said she knew through others that I was looking for a carer, asked if I payed holidays, I said yes, she said then I can cook for you as part of my job.... which was bad business for her but I wasn't about to complain LOL 3 years have gone...she is the kind of person who goes the extra mile, and has become a daughter for me and a big sister to Sarita, plus I inherited a son in law, and two grandchildren!!!! I cannot find the words to express my gratitude and love for this girl, friends like this are a real treasure in life!!!
