I love all of the bridges in our city.

Chain Bridge was the first permanent bridge between Buda and Pest and also the first one above the Danube. This suspension bridge is a world famous landmark of the city and even of Hungary. It was built in 1849 and is named after István Széchényi, a major supporter. It has symbolized connection between East and West, progress and development.
