@MrsPeel It is an app called ToonArt. It cost $30, but I used the free trial for 3 days and played with it all day. And yes, it a app for your phone. So fun!

This is so fun Ellen! Love the two different photos and the arrows by them with the deep shadows. I might have to play with the free trial this weekend with my kids!

I love the use of washi tape, the date tags and that big title at the bottom. Cute photo app!
