@bestcee I cheat. They have these frozen ones at our local store. You can find something similar anywhere though. I have tried making my own patties and they just don't quite hold together. But I do like to shred my own and cook them like fried potatoes. It's one big experiment really, lol.
PS... this breakfast is from disney so I think they shred the potatoes and use something to cook them in a circle. I'd bet they got the color on them first then baked it the rest of the way. It was delicious too.
