I used Sahlin Studio's "Life as we know it" bundle to create this layout.
The journaling tells the story of how we celebrated my grandma's birthday by eating in a restaurant with the entire family. There she received a lot of bouquets with beautiful flowers from her children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. There were so many flowers that I escorted my grandmother in the elevator and helped her get all the flowers to her apartment. Three days later was her actual birthday and the flowers still looked lovely. She placed them all on the saloon table where she ate cake with her visitors to celebrate this special day. It's a lovely sight to see my grandmother enjoying the flowers and company so much!
This layout is GORGEOUS! I love that wood background paper and the little peeks of paint and doilies peeking out! The "right now" element is perfectly placed as are all of your other elements! I also really love the floral paper that you chose for under your photos. Just fabulous!
Wow! So many bouquets of flowers! Lovely layout. Your wood background matches your grandmother's table. It looks like you are looking down on your page.
