Bears are mighty, often ferocious, strong, courageous, curious, and even have a sweet tooth with their love of honey. This mighty beast teaches us that even the strong need to take a knee from time to time...nothing wrong with taking a break - sometimes it is needed in preparation for a new season. So, be sure to take care of yourself and rest when you need to.
