Within my traditional cardmaking world I love to make backgrounds using the smaller stamps that come in sets.
For these cards I used the same methodology.
Let me break it down for you from top left clockwise -
Top Left - I took 3 of the flower stamps in the kit and created a little cluster, I added a label, so it would house my stamped sentiment. I added shadows to the flowers, so they popped off of the background paper. I added some bling and a sentiment.
Top right - I used a sentiment from the kit, added a shadow and scattered some flowers around. I added bling to the flower centers.
Bottom right - I created the background paper using x4 leaf elements from the kit. To add a bit of interest, I added in a paint/dot scatter around the leaves. The little tab holding the sentiment was cut from paper from the kit.
Bottom left - I created the left hand side of the card using the alphas from the kit, again I added in the paint/dot scatter to add a bit more interest. I added a paper from the kit. To create the sentiment, I printed an additional piece of the yellow paper so I could die-cut a circle and added a sentiment circle from my stash.
I love how they came out and they were SUPER easy to create in photoshop.
