Beautiful page Claire. So sorry for the loss of your job, but when one door closes, another one opens. Glad you are going to have a little downtime to enjoy your surroundings. I know you will miss your co-workers/friends, but the way your journaling is written, they will always be a part of your life. I still am friends and correspond and see from time to time some of the people I worked with at my first job in NY over 40 years ago, in TX over 25 years ago and now here in VA from 12 years ago when I finally retired. The friends you make along the way in the path of life will always be there and with technology, they are on the other end of a screen Enjoy the break, and best wishes on your next professional journey!!!
