Auckland

Auckland has my heart for a number of reasons. Firstly, I’m born and bred here, lived almost all of my life here. I’d say ideally, I’m a central suburbs gal. I certainly even after over twenty five years have not grown a fondness for the area I live in now....South Auckland - it’s in the media usually for all the wrong reasons and while I do spend time here, most of the time its to be at home and do the basics of life. If I have a choice, I will always choose to escape and explore Auckland by bus or train.

My real love of Auckland shines through the places I go to and the things I do. I love going to Sylvia Park with friends, having lunch at Kreem Manukau to celebrate birthdays, finding great deals at ‘’op shop’s” all over Auckland and watching live sports at either Spark Arena (Sky Sport NZ Breakers) or Eden Park (The Blues vs Waikato Chiefs).
