Description
JOURNALING: This is my favorite picture of my father from WWII when he was a LTJG with the Navy Seabees serving in Hawaii. The Seabees replaced civilian construction workers at military installations after the attack on Pearl Harbor because international law made it illegal for civilians to resist enemy attack. Should they do so, they COULD be classified as guerrillas and COULD be executed if captured.
CREDITS: PICTURE: from family album; KITS: The Quiet Life by Lynn Grieveson; Aloha by Kristin Aagard; Family Matters by Just Jaimee; FONTS: CK Curly; CK Jacque
What a treasure to have this photo of your father serving his country! Love your page!

I love all the color you used with the older photo. The story is so cool! I didn't know that at all.
Thanks for playing in the Zombie Slow Scrap!
