Description

I found this cool tutorial \'Watercolor Look\' by Farrah and had to give it a try. I use PSE 8 so didnt have the Layer Mask option unlike PSE 9 and above do but lady luck was on my side and I found a free action that enabled me to create layer masks woohoo. Great Tutorial will probably use it a lot now he he.
