The song is Together We Can from a Disney Cheetah Girls Movie- we were remembering just a few days ago and did search in You Tube ended up singing all the songs....but this one has very special meaning for us, as in every difficult time for years after the movie released, we would sing it go remind us that together we, indeed, can.
on the paper strip right hand side a phrase :

and in the middle the main chorus:
Together we can, shoot the moon, stop the rain,
even ride a hurricane, If we wanna
We can walk in space, save the human race
