I love sunflowers too. I adore this page. I hope you try to grow them. Just know that the squirrels love to eat them, when the leaves are new and tiny.

And I do feed squirrels with peanuts, corn, black sunflower seeds in a ground feeder daily. It would be just my luck to have my precious little sunflowers devoured by squirrels. @trekmom I appreciate the warning!
