the story here, though I reckon you can guess by the photos...I am not supposed to be alone in the kitchen, though this did not had to do with my motor coordination and other health issues.... but the end of the story was delicious! The journaling is probably grammatically wrong, but goes some like this: It all started perfectly well, though I rather not be in the kitchen alone, I knew this one would be relatively easy : follow the recipe. Ingredients all out, I even was able to turn the oven. Buttered and sprinkle with sugar the mold, then set to peel & cut the apples (couple of incidents there) mixed rest of ingredients. all smoothly
got into the oven. I had the alarm- went to check, was golden and
the skewer came out ok, only wen I went to turn it…. tons of almost liquid dough I was panicking and afraid was making more mess! but as the counter was clean I just spooned it all in again!
Sarita arrived just when I needed to take it out...ended up being great, she only needed to cut of a piece that had raised in the bottom so it could sit properly, but final results: tasted and looked
amazing!!!!! TFL!!!
