Journaling reads: Jack was always a serious, mindful dog. But when wrapped presents were around, all bets were off. We nurtured his crazy, frenetic behavior by ensuring that he had his own share to open at Christmas. He’d get a stack of packages and couldn’t wait to tear into them. And afterwards he’d crash on the floor from the flurry of activity. John & Joe & I would always laugh until we cried. Christmas Day 2012
