      Allergy baking/cooking is so challenging! I'd never seen this kit, or maybe passed it by because I didn't have the challenge at that time. It is so apropos! My sister is severely allergic to gluten, and I have to be so careful when cooking for her, so I can appreciate the constraints you have! The pictures and elements tell your story well!!

      @Smwhite It is! I hadn't seen the kit either until someone brought it to attention in the forum. It has a bunch of gluten-free elements too, luckily, that wasn't a problem when making these cookies!
