to make a lomg story short : I had a few dangerous moments a few months ago with my blood pressure going up extreme (almost 220) so I was put on Ramipril which controlled it fine. But then (by hospital mess up) my kidney function deteriorated rapidly so they stopped the Ramipril. Blood pressure goes up extreme again, new meds plus the advice (among other changes) of doing things I find to calm me down, which means scrapping would be ideal, but spending lots of time admitted in the clinic makes it a bit difficult, plus they tell me long time watching electronics screens isn't all that good, so, as always, the need to find the perfect balance ...maybe I should do this my One Little Word.... Balance... TFL!!!!
I am obviously really late in commenting but that's so much for playing in my challenge Cyn. As always love how scrapping is such an integral part of your life and we can see glimpses through what you share. Whether happy moments or challenges they all play a big part in defining us. Love the stitched backdrop on which you have built your design here. But what is so amazing for me is that one simple but such a powerful message - find peace, joy and balance - yes we could all do with a bit more of that!
