June Challenges
Hello everyone! Polly Karen here bringing you a peek at the 7 new monthly challenges that were just posted in the forum on June 1st. These challenges are a great way to kick start your creativity! As an added bonus you can earn yourself a great coupon towards the store (2 challenges = 10%, 4 challenges = 20% and 6 challenges = 30%) and if you complete all 7 challenges you will be entered into a drawing to win a one month guest spot on the Creative Team (nicknamed the Pollys). For the month of June we are once again giving away TWO guest spots! That means you would have free access to create layouts with anything in the store for one month! That is a prize worth fighting for, right? Now here is a look at the 7 new challenges:
1. One Word Challenge – Heather (talktoheather) is hosting this month’s One Word Challenge and she has chosen the word “fun”. Here is a sample page created by Heather:
2. Template Challenge – Heather (HeatherB) is hosting the template challenge this month. Amy Martin has provided the free template for this month’s challenge and it can be found HERE. Here’s a look at the template:

3. Scraplift Challenge – Renee (renee82) is hosting this month’s scraplift challenge and she has chosen Lynnette’s amazing gallery for you to scraplift a page from. Here is the page Renee chose:

4. Random Challenge – Amanda (gracielou) has a super fun Random Challenge for you this month. She picked the following three layouts from the gallery and wants you to use one thing that inspires you from each page and put those together on a page of your own. It’s like a scraplift mish-mash! Here are the three LOs for inspiration:

5. Product Challenge – Dana is hosting this month’s product challenge and she has choosen templates as the product to use this month. She has added a small twist to the challenge however. She wants you to take a template and either rotate it, flip it, shrink it or combine two templates together to put your own spin on it. Here is a sample page from Dana:
6. Journaling Challenge – Julie (mrs2a50) is the host for the June journaling challenge. Her challenge to you is to fill at least 1/3 of your page with journaling! Here is a sample created by Julie:
7. BYOC (Build Your Own Collab) Challenge – the June BYOC collection will be released this Friday (June 7th). For the BYOC challenge you just need to create a page using 90% products from this month’s BYOC collection and from at least 3 different designers. Post your finished BYOC pages in the BYOC gallery.
All the pages you create for this month’s challenges should be uploaded to the appropriate challenge gallery (links shown below) and then also should be posted in the individual challenge threads. If you would like a coupon and are trying to win a guest spot, you need to create ONE thread in the June Challenge Layouts thread and keep editting your post throughout the month to show all your completed challenge layouts in one post. This makes it much easier to keep track of your challenge pages and insures that you receive the correct coupon at the end of the month.
