The Caravan is just going to be too small for our family....hello, 7 kids

I always love hearing others with large families! We had a Dodge Full size van That we ordered when our children were little. Had to special order it was cheaper to buy brand new with his fathers discount (retired from Chrysler) and we did not want anything 'extra' on it. We had the roll down windows....etc.... Had that for years then when our oldest children started to drive we then got the Dodge Caravan that we have now. It was so nice to down size! BUT to still have room to haul if you needed too. AND the price to fill the gas tank was so much nicer than the full size van.!!

I have a Suburban. We had 3 young kids, and 2 in strollers at once, all in bulky carseats. We also move and travel a lot, so needed something that could accommodate a family of 5 with all of our gear and luggage. I really do love the space and that we never feel cramped. It's also heavy and feels so secure. The only negative for us is the gas, but normally, I can get by with just a tank a month. I do homeschool, so there are days I don't have to drive. But one tank usually takes care of all the grocery runs, errands, soccer and dance practices, so it's not too bad.
