Wrapping | Pad Patter 12.5

Do you enjoy wrapping gifts? I really enjoy giving presents, so with that comes wrapping I guess.
Do you have specific paper or ribbon that you use? No, but I have fun with it. 1 year I made fabric giftbags, with drawstrings, that people could use afterwards. Some no longer in fashion shiny shirts, and even an evening dress ,lost their " life" on that one.
Any wrapping traditions? No, see above
Do you have to like set the mood for wrapping? No but in good time , so it does not get stressful
Do you have a wrapping station? No just my desk

Do you enjoy wrapping gifts? I used to... it's just tedious now. LOL! We re-use a lot of bags over the years now. So much easier, and I get less stressed. I do have to have a few that people "open." For any kids that I get gifts for, I do wrap those. :)

Do you have specific paper or ribbon that you use? Nope, whatever is on sale or I buy after Christmas the year before. Dollar Tree (or is it Tree Fifty now? haha!) works too.

Any wrapping traditions? Not really a tradition, but more of a fun way to wrap. We do use the scraps, and usually there is one gift for my dad or one of my boys that is a whole mish mosh of papers and patterns. It's so funny! I purposely do wrap at least one of my Dad's this way... and now the boys do the same. It cracks me up. I guess it's turning into a tradition or family quirk, lol!

Do you have to like set the mood for wrapping? Maybe Christmas music or movie... the past few years it's been a family thing... so we get it done faster. Meanwhile, I'm sneakily wrapping gifts for those around me wrapping too! :giggle

Do you have a wrapping station? Dining room table count? :) If I had @gonewiththewind Cheryl's lovely example up there, I'd pry enjoy it more.

Do you enjoy wrapping gifts? I do actually. There's something very satisfying about it.
Do you have specific paper or ribbon that you use? Any that is cheap. And no ribbon. Just paper and tags.
Any wrapping traditions? To do it alone! Usually, I have hot cocoa after. But what I listen to changes, where I've done it changes, how I do it changes.
Do you have to like set the mood for wrapping? Nope! Just find a good amount of time. I hate only wrapping two or three gifts, and having to do reset up my station again.
Do you have a wrapping station? Nope. I bought myself one of those tall gift wrap holders this year though! I'm excited! I've wanted one for years, and now I finally have one!

In my youth, I worked at an American Greetings shop. Not only did I have to blow up balloon orders which was terrible. Sometimes they would pop, and I swear to this day I have a fear of balloons popping in my face because the helium tank was tall and I am short.

We also would wrap gifts for a small fee. I can wrap a very pretty package however because I had to do it for a living, I hate doing it now. If I can getaway with a gift bag that will suffice.

I have wrapped all my Christmas gifts apart from one which I am still waiting to be delivered. I always buy wrapping paper that matches the decorations on my tree, so this year our tree is a mixture of copper, navy, and white decorations. So I have navy wrapping paper.

The only other tradition I have my two teenagers have their own wrapping paper, normally pick one pattern for one teenager and one for the other. Then can tell who's presents are whose. And the one thing I never do is buy a foil wrapping paper or anything with glitter, made that mistake. The sellotape doesn't stick to foil paper and the glitter gets everywhere on glitter paper lol.
