Um, did you know there was a world toilet day? I didn't. I also learned it's not what you may think. It's focus is to bring attention to the fact that 2.5 billion people lack proper sanitation.
In that train of thought, what's the most interesting bathroom you've had to use?
My mom had to use an outhouse when she visited her grandparents because they didn't have indoor plumbing.
Me? Once upon a time we were traveling from Utah home to Pennsylvania. I'm not sure how old I was exactly, but about 7-8. Well, I had to pee. There was no rest stop or town for miles! So, my dad pulled over and had me go down into the tall grass on the side of the highway to pee. I was not impressed. I cried. But sometimes, when you have to go, you have to go! I'm so glad I didn't see a snake or anything. And that I haven't had to do it since!
My brother still claims his most interesting one was the public bathroom in Boston that you had to pay to use - 25 cents! But he says the weird part was you could hear everything on the street around you!
