Going to try an easy run this morning... my first in 10 days - YIKES.

Also, I haven't been eating carbs this week in an attempt to not gain 100 pounds while I'm not running. I'm down a few.

I'm not overly hopeful about this, but I'm happy to be getting out there. It's perfect running weather!
 
Good luck!!! I would love to start running but I have super week ankles. Starting PIYO next week and eating right, too. We should have a support group to keep us motivated. lol
 
Wasn't easy physically but it was great to be out there mentally!
 
She said 2 weeks. It's been 10 days. I rounded up? :giggle

I only did 2.5 miles, that's basically couch from what I usually do.
 
Eat sweet potatoes and root vegetables like yucca. They "fill" you up but they don't stay on your butt and thighs.

Yay! I have been doing PIYO for 3 weeks now - loving my Fb support group :)
 
I managed 7 yesterday but it was ugly with a capital UG. It was 85% humidity, which definitely didn't help matters any. I took a longggg walk break every couple miles, but even when I was moving it was slow.

Hopefully I can run well again some day?
