I have been using Photoshop for years and completely forgot about this technique! Thank you for reminding me!!

 

Hi I use Photoshop Elements mostly, so do not have blend if. But I use masks a lot , sometimes with different opacities to blend ( for writing too ) and sometimes a style. Also tend to buy kits that has some sort of paint/mask elements already in them....

I took this opportunity to go back to the beginning of the M3 kits. Then I used lots of "Blend If" with that gorgeously textured white paper from the kit. Thanks for the challenge.

 

I hadn't used Blend If before, I also used a whole bunch of other blending modes for this layout.

 

I always use so much paint and gesso on my art journaling pages. Also, I love word art.

 

I enjoy using blending, exaggerated elements, doodles and color. I've loved this peasant woman from the Russian Propaganda posters of the early 1900's... the boldness of the people and their character portrayed in them.

 

I use Paint shop so don't have 'blend if'. I do like to play around with different blend modes and papers until something appears that I like lol.
