Hi Everyone...I am lifting a scrapbook page by : @bellbird : Called "Water Is Good"

*My idea for this scraplift is the same as how I always feel...I do not feel comfortable copy-lifting another artist's scrapbooking layout...so my mantra is to choose all the parts of it that I like and adopt them in my scraplifted layout page...

*Here are my inspirations from @bellbird 's layout that I took and put into action to complete my scraplifted layout version...
#1. Those Beautiful! Bright Colors!...This was the initial draw in choosing this happy! cheerful! layout for my scraplift.
