will the shop ever have a notice that you have already purchased that item ?

i just for the second time bought things i already have. i do check my stash but sometimes i cant seem to find the item that i already have. i would love if you could refund me or give me a credit for the items i bought today ( 12/13)it would be so helpful like it used to be that you got a notice when you were shopping that you had purchased that. i hope you can do that @Esther Wisdom

Only new stuff purchased since the change over will be noted. Old history is not . All i can suggest is do a “contact us” ticket with your order # and have Esther @Esther Wisdom take a look at it. Order issues need to go through the contact us area.

It doesn't work with stuff purchased in the new store either, I just checked with something I got a few days ago.
 
@bjc My wish list has a banner that says the item has been purchased. I was talking about that in another thread about a Visual Order History, but obviously products from the old store do not.

I have "pinned" my scrapbook stash on pinterest so I know what I already have. Maybe you can try that or a folder that shows just the preview of the kit/ template like @scrapchyck suggested.

I know sometimes when I was searching for a kit to get the link for credits, it didn't pop up in the store so I couldn't link. That's when I stumbled upon the banner marking "items purchased" on my "wish list" before I had deleted it. So I went back through and added some kits I recently purchased just so I would have the link to the kit in the store. DOes that make sense?

I’ll check into this later today. It is better to submit a help ticket for this as it makes it easier for me to see them.
 
It doesn't work with stuff purchased in the new store either, I just checked with something I got a few days ago.
Can you provide an example via ticket… it has worked for me each time I tested so I have to look at it when it doesn’t work.
 
@Esther Wisdom Thanks for your response. I don't need a help ticket, I was just commenting to @bjc's post to see if she looked in her "Wish List" for the banner that says an item was purchased.

Can you submit a ticket with the order #? Before July 1 st orders will not show in the new store order history. In the new store, if the same exact sku is purchased, you should get notified that you have already purhcased the item. I do so in this thread that evidently that may not be the case and if that isn't happening I will need specific examples so I can research it. I know all the attempts of duplicates that I tried and tested, it alerted me but that doesn't mean it covers every scenario.

I just tried to see....from what I can see .. the message appears when you get to the cart and it says you have already purchased.

Re ticket, if you have an issue with an order, you include the invoice # when you create the ticket. I would presume any screen capture would go in the ticket you create.
