Who's In it to Win it?

I love MOC, love the creativity and that I end up with different layouts to what I would normally have created. I love that MOC got me my Polly spot. I love the sense of community. I love the vibe. I will complete it just because I love ticking all the challenges off as done.

I'd love to be a guest polly but most of all I like the challenge to think outside my normal scrapping. It's difficult but love to be just a but "out of the road" with my pages, I think my MOC are the best I made, because it's so fun to make them and the reward afterwards with "if done it" is gonna give me a gift what's on my wishlist. Fingers crossed because there are so many amazing page from everyone, it's gonna be difficult to choose from.

No real scrapping goal besides finishing for the GC and having fun doing it! I don't scrap chronologically, so not really doing an album, either. I always end up scrapping LOs I never would have done if it weren't for MOC, and that's always fun. I've been doing MOC since MOC 5 I think, so I couldn't NOT do this one! The talent here is just amazing and so inspiring. I'll be sad when it's over! Although I do have a bit of housework to catch up on!

I'm not competing for a Polly spot because I have commitments to two other designers, and I'm pretty busy with those. Some day, it would be awesome to be a Polly to scrap with all of the gorgeous kits here, though.

I love working with prompts. Thank you to all of you who come up with those new ideas! I do a calendar every year so I like having a set of designs to choose from. I then use those monthly calendar designs to make greeting cards that I send monthly to a close group of friends. Thank you to all of you who take the time to give generous comments on fellow scrappers layouts!

I did MOC for several reasons. (1) I have a 2023 album that is missing some pages, so I did about 5 of those. (2) I also had some things to fill in for 2025, especially wanting to ensure I have pictures of our son, as now that he's graduated from college and has been working for a year, he won't live with us for that much longer so I want as many photos / pages as I can. (3) I keep a spreadsheet of all the layouts I've done, back to 1997, and I try to average around 200 per year. 31 layouts in January gives me a good jump-start on that goal.

I would love to be a Polly, guest Polly, or on the design team for any of the stores here. Although I've mellowed with time, I used to be a competitive scrapbooker, entering a lot of contests and publication calls. That got me to scrapbook a lot of pages and styles, which was fun. It also gave me focus. I was the equivalent of a Polly for another site that went out of business in 2016, which is how I ended up here. I haven't designed for anyone since, just for me. So, yes I'd like to be a Polly or on a design team. Absolutely. But I'm relaxed about it. This year, I didn't use MOC as a month-long contest entry; rather, I got specific layouts that I needed to get done, done.

Thank you for the opportunity.

I love to be challenged as I find it spurs me on to get pages made. I also like the challenge of getting 31 pages done in a month. I'm in it to complete them all and also to possibly get a guest Poly spot? I just finished my 31st page and my MOC collage and loaded them to the gallery, etc... It's good to be done -- satisfying

Of course I would love to be a Polly. Not going to lie.... we'll see what happens. I don't really do well with keeping my signature current with badges and such so I can't even tell you how many MOCs I have completed but I do really enjoy the challenge of completing MOC and getting some great pages done as well. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into hosting this event. Thanks for making this such a fun community.
