Who's getting hit with this blizzard?

It stopped snowing here, but the wind is wicked and the temp is dropping. They are saying 30 below windchill tomorrow morning. Yikes! If you are in the path, I hope you stay safe and warm!
 
me.... sucks hard!
52 last night at 8:30pm... our high today 12! Didn't snow a bunch but what did come down is blowing all over the place! White out conditions on our highways...
 
we have had about zero snow. maybe 1/4 inch accumulation, and then it melted by mid-day. looks like maybe overnight some snow might come rolling in. we'll see what it looks like outside tomorrow, but right now it's boring and blah. just cold.
 
my husband and oldest daughter are in chicago right now - they are supposed to be on a flight home tonight - we'll see if they make it! it sounds just freeeeeezing ... brrrrrr ....(not that boston is WARM - but you know, LOL)
 
It snowed all day yesterday. 12-16 inches. I knew it was going to be bad when they started canceling everything for Saturday on Friday before the snow had even started. The plows are finally out today, but the roads are still a problem. We got stuck once on the way to church this morning. Luckily it was just trying to get out of our driveway on to our unplowed street. So our neighbor came over and snowblew a path for us.

I think this is the worst storm we've seen in Minnesota. The Metrodome's roof collapsed. Now it is sunny and cold. High of -4. Whoo hooo.
 
We got the cold and wind, but barely a dusting of snow. My parents live on the Great Lakes and they are projected to get 2 FEET - crazy!!
 
Would this be a good time to tell you it's 77 here today! Haven't put up outside lights, don't want to get sunburned!
 
Here, we were at 70 yesterday at 1pm and by 5pm the wind came howling through at 40 mph and we were down to 22 last night. The wind is soooo COLD!!!!!
 
We're getting hit too! We're supposed to get 16-20 inches. I wonder if the kiddos will have school tomorrow?

It is SO cold here Dana, and snowed most of today!
 
we had the snow last week but all gone now and a little bit warmer but think it is suppose to drop again tho
 
Funny, the 16-20 inches never came... we got a couple of inches and the STILL closed school. Weird. I think the teachers got a little too excited about the coming Christmas break! Ha ha!
 
It's crazy.. its hasn't stopped snowing in 24hours... it's a snow day today and unfortunately I still have to do to work!
 
It's never ending here too. The snow stopped Sat. night but they couldn't clear all the snow in the cities. So the two kids that go to the charter school in St. Paul have a snow day.

karen the same thing happened to us. we got about 4 inches, and they cancelled school. LOL! I just had to laugh at them. I could have WALKED my kids to school in 4 inches. sheesh... the big wimps! :giggle i think you're right... excited for Christmas break!
 
we got awful weather the other day! I was going to have a heart attack waiting for the hubby to get home! the wind and snow and ice were terrible. :( glad everyone survived!!
