You look!! So glad for a time of restoration taking place in your family. The girls will come around! That age there is so much pride mixed with insecurity that appologies and accountability can be far fetched. We have just come through that kind of thing with our DIL. It was a HARD road for me as a mother/Ama to walk!

Parenting is one of those things that really don't come with a handbook/instruction manual. We think we do everything right (or close) and sometimes it works out and sometimes it takes alot of love/hand holding/crying and alot of other things to get through each situation.

Congrats on the weight loss -- are you doing something special to loose the weight?

Take care of yourself first so that you are there for everybody else.

I absolutely love that you know when to step away from the computer and put your heart and soul into your family. I am selfishly so happy that you popped in to let us know you're okay... I noticed you were gone for awhile and missed your sunshiney face and was worried about you because I knew some of the struggles you've been working through. I'm glad that you have reconciled with your oldest and are working on reconciling him with the twins. Huge congrats on the weight loss! I would have been self-medicating with wine and ice cream if I were you! Mostly I'm sending up prayers for all the struggles and pray they turn into even more blessings!
