Where can I get a beautiful affordable comforter or quilt?

I'm saving up to buy a new cover of some sort for our bed. I'm not picky about weather it is a quilt, comforter, duvet etc. I need something that doesn't cost a ton but I also want something really beautiful. I know I want various pastels including sage green and pink and in a perfect world turquoise along with other colors. Ideally the pastels wouldn't be too washed out but vivid and cheerful. Has anyone seen anything like this or can anyone recommend a store or site to try. I am getting lots of color inspiration from Nativescrapper's colors from the BYOC inspiration challenge for INSD. Thanks for your help!

I got a really nice quilt set with decorative pillows and shams for about $100 at Kohl's! Which was a pretty good steal.

I bought my last one at The Company Store. They are a little more expensive than Target and Kohls, but the quality is amazing. I will use my quilt for years and years and I LOVE the pattern more than any other quilt I've ever seen.

I got mine at Target a few years ago. I think it's super cute and cozy and it's held up pretty well.
